The users wanted to built a new house on an sloping site in a suburban residential area. The design of the house is strongly determined by its special location. The main requirement for the three bedroom detached holiday house was to have a view over the Mediterranean Sea. The view is reached proposing a five meters cantilever main slab, which allows the side view. The structure is completed with reinforced concrete slabs and steel columns. The house is equipped with solar panels for hot water and the location in the lot allows to save in energy as the hot west has been treated with a closed wall with the minimum amount of voids, while the east side is open allowing light and views. The access to the main level of the house is achieved by a vehicles ramp to avoid the dwellers the use of stairs.
